Busy, Like Elves in a Workshop

Only a couple more days before Christmas is upon us. On the project, we’ve moved on further to interior finishes and fixtures. Still quite a bit of work down the tube and most likely we’ll be done by early 2008. So here are a few more pics before the long weekend.

Couple of pics of the basic front desk component as a work in progress. Finish for the wood and the installation of the electricals will be in a couple of days. The designer stated that the final look should give it the illusion of being suspended in midair. We'll reserve judgement on that for a later date.

Once again, happy holidays to all!

Just had to post a couple more pics. With the electrical works recently finished we had to test it to produce these. That's it for this week.

A Few More Pics Before the Weekend

The project is gaining momentum this week. We thought we'd post a few more pics before the weekend.

Work continues on the lobby. We've also been testing color combinations on the walls.

This room's almost ready for another coat of paint.

Airconditioning units and other hardware waiting to be installed.

Have a great weekend!

FINISHING BEGINS (Yes it's an oxymoron).

After a tempestuous week that brought property damage to one of the Philippines' premiere hotels and capped with a long and restful holiday (November 30, Bonifacio Day), work continues.

So far, most of the major structural works have been completed leaving further fine tuning and interior works for the next couple of weeks. The interiors and fixtures will surely be a treat, so stay tuned.

Work continues on the bathroom.

Oh and before we get fully engulfed in work, two notable points from us to our readers and future clients:
  1. MAY YOU ALL HAVE A FRUITFUL CHRISTMAS!
  2. Something grand looms over the horizon; the past few months have just been samplers.

Construction Continues

Things have been going well with the project's construction these past few weeks. We'll be in our finishing stage in a couple of weeks so in the meantime here are some more snaps of the project.

Cleanup of the electrical outlets will begin soon.

ADVANCE ROOM ACCOMMODATION ( ARA ), what is it?

Our company, J & E Hernandez Group, is a Philippine-based property development and management firm that has been in the business for the past 50 years. In the past we have developed 40 projects in Manila, Pasay City, ParaƱaque City and Cavite. Those projects involved the development and sale of land primarily for residential, commercial and mixed use. We also actively acquire properties geared for commercial, industrial and residential purposes.

In a shift of pace, and in keeping an eye on current and future trends in property management and development, our newest project - Advance Room Accommodation (ARA) is our entry in the boutique hotel business.

As our company’s initial foray into boutique hotels we have opted for a closer, more intimate identity for ARA. ARA will feature rooms and amenities of high quality. Features found in most hotels such as broadband internet, in-room mini-bars, and cable television will be offered.

An experienced service staff will be on call at every hour of the day to respond to our client’s every need.

Besides these first-rate services and amenities our company also offers perks such as guaranteed reservations and seasonal discounts, all for the benefit and enjoyment of our clients.
