ADVANCE ROOM ACCOMMODATION ( ARA ), what is it?

Our company, J & E Hernandez Group, is a Philippine-based property development and management firm that has been in the business for the past 50 years. In the past we have developed 40 projects in Manila, Pasay City, Parañaque City and Cavite. Those projects involved the development and sale of land primarily for residential, commercial and mixed use. We also actively acquire properties geared for commercial, industrial and residential purposes.

In a shift of pace, and in keeping an eye on current and future trends in property management and development, our newest project - Advance Room Accommodation (ARA) is our entry in the boutique hotel business.

As our company’s initial foray into boutique hotels we have opted for a closer, more intimate identity for ARA. ARA will feature rooms and amenities of high quality. Features found in most hotels such as broadband internet, in-room mini-bars, and cable television will be offered.

An experienced service staff will be on call at every hour of the day to respond to our client’s every need.
